At Rory Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: You can return products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged, or if they are not in the original condition. These include:
- Personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

- Order number
- Name and contact information
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable) showing the condition of the product
Once we confirm your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since our only payment option is Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via Cash.
- Timeframe: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
4. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can return your original purchase and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a description or image of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering any return shipping fees.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
